A winning grant proposal will reflect the organization that submits it. Successful grant proposals are generated by artists and organizations with a clear, strong mission and a well-articulated message that expresses your passion and your commitment to the community you serve.

Integrity Arts works with grant-seekers to clarify and articulate the uniqueness of their art and then approach appropriate funders with clearly stated requests. We do much more than put words on the page: We work alongside you in painting the big picture of who you are and what you do in a way that appeals to funders.

Integrity Arts will meet with you to mutually analyze your needs and create an affordable custom grant offering that meets the requirements of the grant application.

Integrity Arts uses tools and principles originated by Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks (www.hendricks.com) that are designed to increase aliveness and the flow of creativity, increase abundance, and make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and organizations in our consultation services as well as our grantwriting services.

Through our coaching and consultation services, we use a discovery process with artists and organizations to uncover blocks, move easefully through issues, create stronger and more dynamic working relationships, strategize, and solidify goals.

Through our grantwriting services, we use the same techniques to craft the best approach to funders, whether writing or editing Letters of Inquiry, online grant applications, or full grant proposals to major foundations. Integrity Arts believes that the grantwriting process evolves from a place of knowing and articulating what’s best about an artist or organization, and this comes from a deeply held belief in the importance of art in the world.

Here is a menu of our offerings.

  • Grant Writing – Integrity Arts will prepare and deliver a grant proposal from start to finish, either based on a specific request for proposal (RFP) you give us or a foundation grant we find through a research process.
  • Grant Review – Integrity Arts will look at your already-prepared grant proposal and suggest changes based on readability, clarity, and format. A review is more of a “once-over” than a full edit, and can generate small changes that create the biggest impact.
  • Grant Research – We can create a customized list of potential funders for you, your project, or your organization based on information and parameters you give us. We look for the funding leads that best match your needs. Each “hunt” can be as general or as detailed as you wish. Searches are up-to-the-minute and exhaustive. If you have a proposal and you’re looking for funding, we can adapt your proposal to suit the funding source.
  • Grant Proposal Analysis – We will analyze your proposal to make sure it meets the requirements of the funding organization, identify areas of weakness, and suggest changes. Your proposal will be edited for structure, grammar, readability, and errors. In a two-step process, we will edit, suggest changes, and then deliver a completed proposal.
  • Organizational Coaching/Consulting—The most successful grant proposals are generated by healthy organizations that know and live their missions. Individual or team-building coaching sessions are available, as are workshops.

Our fees are based entirely on the scope of the project and the nature of the deliverable. We work with you to outline your project and negotiate a fee that is mutually easeful. We provide an estimate after consulting with you and analyzing the project.

  • Hourly fees start at $50/hour for research, Letters of Intent, and basic review.
  • Flat fees are based on your needs after our initial consultation.
    50% deposit required.

There is no fee for our initial consultation.

We do not work on a commission basis.
